By downloading, installing, or using Habit Tracker: Routine Planner ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
1. License and Usage
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Habit Tracker: Routine Planner strictly for personal, non-commercial self-improvement and routine management purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Habit Tracker: Routine Planner may offer optional premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases via Google Play In-App Billing:
- Billing & Processing: All transactions are billed through your Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your Google Play account settings (Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions).
- Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Google Play's standard refund policies and must be initiated through the Google Play Store.

Habit Tracker: Routine Planner is designed as an informational and self-motivation productivity tool to help users track personal goals and daily routines. The application does not provide medical, psychological, health, or nutritional advice. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information or goal tracking within the application.
4. User Content & Local Data Responsibility
Any habits, routine titles, reflections, notes, or target schedules you create are stored on your device. You remain responsible for maintaining backups of your device data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device changes, operating system updates, factory resets, or app uninstallation.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Application.
- Use the Application for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to bypass or tamper with any licensing, billing, or security mechanisms within the Application.
6. Service Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Application at any time. We may also issue mandatory or recommended app updates through Google Play to maintain security, compatibility, and feature stability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solution Turbo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to premium features without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms of Service.
