• Habit & Routine Data: All habit titles, descriptions, completion histories, streaks, target numbers, reflections, and notes are stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite/Room database and local DataStore preferences.
• No Account Required: You are not required to create an account, log in, or provide personal identity details (such as your full name or phone number) to use the core features of the app.
• No Selling of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal habit tracking data to data brokers or third parties.

2. Device Permissions and How They Are Used

Habit Tracker: Routine Planner requests only the minimal set of permissions strictly necessary to deliver its functionality:

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+): Allows the app to display timely reminder notifications and celebratory milestone badges at the exact times you specify for each habit. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in system settings or the app's settings menu.
• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM: Used to schedule exact, minute-accurate alarms for habit reminders so that nudges trigger precisely when scheduled. If this permission is withheld, the app safely falls back to standard inexact alarms.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Automatically reschedules your active habit reminders following a device reboot or system update so your routine reminders remain uninterrupted.
• VIBRATE: Provides optional haptic feedback when you check off habits or complete focus timer sessions. This can be toggled off at any time in the app settings.
• INTERNET: Used exclusively to communicate with Google Play Services for checking mandatory app updates, displaying in-app review dialogs, and processing in-app billing transactions.

3. Third-Party Services & Google Play Integration

The Application utilizes standard Google Play SDKs to provide a secure and up-to-date user experience:

• Google Play Billing Library: Facilitates secure in-app purchases and subscriptions. Financial transactions and payment details (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses) are processed directly by Google Play and are never accessible to or stored by Solution Turbo.
• Google Play In-App Updates: Checks the Google Play Store on startup to ensure you are running the latest version with current security and feature enhancements.
• Google Play In-App Review: Allows users to optionally rate and review the app directly within the application without leaving their routine.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If you choose to purchase an optional premium subscription or upgrade through the app:

• Purchases are processed via Google Play In-App Billing in full compliance with Google Play's Commerce Policies.
• Subscription status is verified through your Google Play account token on your device.
• You can manage, cancel, or modify your subscription at any time via the Subscriptions section in the Google Play Store app.

5. Diagnostic & Feedback Information

When you choose to report a bug or contact support via the in-app "Report a Bug" feature, the app pre-fills an email with non-personal diagnostic details (App Version, Android OS Version, API Level, and Device Model) to help us troubleshoot the issue. Sending this email is entirely voluntary and initiates through your own chosen email client.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because your habits, routines, and progress records are stored locally on your device:

• You can delete individual habits, logs, or notes at any time directly from the app interface.
• Clearing the app's storage via Android Settings or uninstalling the application permanently deletes all local habit records and stored preferences from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

Habit Tracker: Routine Planner is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personally identifiable information from children.
