• No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your search queries or created artwork to data brokers or third parties.

2. AI Search & Art Generation

To provide real-time web search summaries and generate AI artwork from prompts:

• Query & Prompt Processing: When you submit a search query or an image prompt, the text is transmitted securely over encrypted connections (HTTPS) to cloud servers to process the request and deliver the results back to your device.
• No Personal Profiling: Submitted queries and prompts are processed ephemerally for the purpose of generating the requested output and are not linked to your personal identity.
• Content Safety: Automated content safety filters are applied to prevent the generation of harmful, unsafe, or explicit material.

3. Advertisements

To support free features and ongoing development, the Application may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdMob):

• Third-party ad networks may collect non-sensitive device data, general location, and advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) to deliver and measure relevant ads in accordance with Google Play Ad Policies.
• You can manage or reset your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads at any time in your Android device settings under Settings > Google > Ads.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If you choose to purchase optional upgrades, premium features, or subscriptions:

• All transactions are processed directly and securely through Google Play In-App Billing. We never have access to or store your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses.
• You can manage, cancel, or renew your subscriptions at any time via the Subscriptions section in the Google Play Store app.

5. Device Permissions and How They Are Used

The Application requests only the permissions strictly necessary to operate its features:

• INTERNET: Required to connect to cloud services for AI search responses, image generation, and processing in-app purchases and ads.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Checks internet connectivity to notify you when the device is offline.
• Storage / Media Permissions: Used solely when you choose to save generated images to your device's photo gallery.
• Voice Recognition: When you use voice search, speech audio is processed through your device's built-in system recognizer without requiring direct audio recording permissions in our app.

6. AI Content Safety & In-App Reporting

We are dedicated to providing a safe and respectful environment:

• Reporting Tool: An in-app reporting button allows users to immediately flag any generated response or image that is objectionable, inaccurate, or in violation of policies.
• Moderation: Flagged reports are submitted to our moderation team for review and enforcement at SolutionTurbos@gmail.com.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Because your search logs and generated images are saved locally on your device:

• You can delete individual search or image records at any time from the app interface.
• You can clear all stored history and cached data at any time via the in-app Settings menu.
• Uninstalling the application permanently removes all locally saved records and data from your device.

8. Children's Privacy

AI Search & AI Art Generator is designed for general audiences aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at SolutionTurbos@gmail.com, and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

All network communications are protected using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) encryption, and all local data is isolated within the application's private sandbox storage on Android.
